Run Sprint Move
### The month of August 2017
+ Running to Monsserrate many times: 8 to 11 km
+ Surfing the weekend of 11 – 13 August
+ Yoga 75 minutes on the 13th
+ Push ups and Pull ups
What I’ve learned this month and others…
I love to move my body, I love being energized, I enjoy being in a body and using it.
More than that, I enjoy the idea and the actions around creating and expressing my bodies potential.
It feels wonderful, even in the relative state of a never ending process.
*WIL* Surfing
It always feels amazing.
I am learning fast.
My ability to express my potential is right there waiting for me.
I learned that if I have intent around learning, and that means I contemplate, I teach, I educate myself via others knowledge and feedback and my own, I will accelerate my ability greatly.
For example, I discovered placing my body properly and that I look down at the nose, which puts me into a nose dive and thus pearling.
I discovered that I should be at a slight angle coming off the wave and I also know that I’ve been putting my hands to far forward when I pop up.
I watched the video with the girl talking about using and turning the shoulder, bringing the back leg into place first as I slide my front foot forward.
I learned to take 6 to 8 paddles to get to the speed of the wave.
I learned there is a peak and a shoulder and that is what you are looking for.
I learned that I love how hungry surfing makes me. I can’t eat enough.
In fact it turns me into a healthy creature because my body wants nutrient dense foods immediately and a lot of it.
Also, I know that I need some form of motivation to get in the water because I often won’t do it on my own, even though I can often been an instigator.
I also learned that I am obsessive which I actually knew and now I have to learn how to surf well.
### Creating a Personal MBA in Surfing
Consciousness and meditation and being in a strong way matters to me in this journey.
