Vision Clarification : Theme ‘Super Model Being’
It’s so easy, just showing up and getting into it, being the very thing.
This is going to possibly feel amazing beyond the first few days.
That means living as if I’m doing the things my model self would do.
Laughter matters and this is just between the two of us.
Being in my body and embodying the movement and grace that’s me.
The reason behind this is to rejuvenate and thrive by body, to bring up my energy levels (energy scripting), level my emotions, feel challenged by this, and preparing for what comes next.
This is part of life’s mastery.
- No coffee, tea is acceptable PuhEr for 3 days
- No refined sugar
- Today to shift to a 100% raw food diet and lots of calories.
- Strengthening my body with weights 1 time a week
- Running and sprinting.
- Musically, I will have the guitar on me more often with deeper levels of concentration and practice for a minimum of 30 minutes per day.
- Working my voice every day.
- Taking 14 days to become the most focused, pigheadedly disciplined practicing musician for a month straight. Just making it a priority.
- Update my progress daily on my secret site!
- The perfect affirmations for myself, my feedback and studies.

Everyday I have to comment on my work here. I can add and modify as I go.
I’ve not fully committed here, my movement feels strong for a moment then I let it go.
Being in every moment, I see that I am not fully embracing the experiment day in and day out.
I’m not waking to the expression of my potential here. Do you see, that you do not have a practice for any of it.
